HOW IT WORKS
Dynamic Credit Scoring
Quantitative credit scoring model dynamically scores wallet addresses using on-chain asset and transaction data. Credit profiles reveal the creditworthiness of wallet addresses involved in the issuance and execution of financial contracts traded over-the-counter.
Autonomous Risk Pricing
Underlying counterparty risks are reflected in the pricing of non-standardized financial contracts. On-chain credit profiles enable both issuers and buyers to conduct real-time risk exposure evaluation and contract pricing.
Credibility Proof of Stake
Transactions within the NUTS network are validated by Credibility Proof of Stake (CPoS), a hybrid consensus protocol based on credit profile and staking of tokens. CPoS defines the block validation rules, incentives and penalty mechanism for participating nodes.
